According to the decision of the Juvenile Court, if there is a satisfactory improvement in the behavior of the children who are under the protection or supervision of the Juvenile Correctional Home, any organization or person, the Child Welfare Officer may recommend to the Juvenile Court that the period of correction of such children be reduced or exempted.
(2) If it is deemed necessary to reduce or discount the period of correction after considering the recommendation received in accordance with sub-section (1), the juvenile court may reduce or discount the remaining correction period of the child.
